HomeServices Insurance Text Messaging Terms And Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to text messages sent by or on behalf of HomeServices Insurance, Inc. To receive text messages, you must subscribe or opt in.
Consent for Text Messages: By providing your phone number and opting into text messages from HomeServices Insurance, you agree to receive text messages at the phone number you have provided, which may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or other automated means. Consent for text messages is not a condition of receiving products or services from us.
Message Type and Frequency: If you opt into marketing text messages from HomeServices Insurance, you will receive recurring marketing text messages regarding insurance products and services offered by HomeServices Insurance. Message frequency may vary. HomeServices Insurance reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time. Message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Requirement to Update Contact Information: By providing your phone number to HomeServices Insurance, you represent and warrant that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the phone number. If your contact information changes, you agree to immediately notify us of your new contact information.
Time of Day: Although HomeServices Insurance uses its best efforts to send any text messages before 9 p.m. and after 8 a.m. in your local time zone (as identified by the area code for your mobile telephone number), you acknowledge that messages may be delayed by events, systems, or other third parties outside of HomeServices Insurance’s control. Accordingly, by providing your telephone number, you acknowledge and agree that you may receive text messages from HomeServices Insurance at any time, including between the hours of 9 p.m. and 8 a.m., local time.
Opting Out of Text Messages: You can unsubscribe from text messages from HomeServices Insurance at any time. To do so, text “STOP” in response to a text message you received. HomeServices Insurance will also honor requests to unsubscribe from text messages that are made using a reasonable method to clearly express a desire not to receive further text messages from HomeServices Insurance, and any method required by law or regulation. You may learn what keywords a specific SMS service supports by texting “HELP” to a message you have received. After you unsubscribe, HomeServices Insurance will respond with a one-time message confirming that you have unsubscribed and you will no longer receive messages from that phone number or SMS code.

Changes to Terms: HomeServices Insurance may revise, modify, or amend these Terms at any time.
